COLLABORATION EXPERIENCE

    Collaboration is a form of interaction, discussion, compromise, cooperation related to individuals, groups or several other parties, either directly or indirectly involved. During high school I participated in student council activities, many collaborations were carried out by student council members, when holding events such as annual paskibra competitions, class meetings and many more. What I like the most is when the student council holds an annual paskibra competition but the budget from the school is lacking, we members of the student council struggle to keep the event successful by selling, seeking donations from local residents, and looking for sponsors. live streaming youtube osis and set up a tent to fill all the products from the sponsors themselves. The sponsors we used to get came from a motorcycle repair shop owned by one of our teachers, from a restaurant near our school, from a coffee brand Granita coffee cup, and from the nearest electronics store. When all student council members have been looking for funds, the funds will be collected into one, then we divide tasks with each other, taking care of files, arranging events, finding the equipment needed, and much more. In carrying out our activities, we are also guided by student council coaches and seniors and even alumni also help provide advice and share experiences.

        In addition to the annual paskibra competition, there is also another annual event, namely MPLS for new students, we often work overtime and don't even go home or sleep at school, but we're still safe even though we don't go home because there's always a coach who accompanies and supervises us. back to MPLS new students, at that time not only student council students who succeeded in the event but we worked together with students from scout extracurriculars, I used to be a guide from group 1 along with one of my classmates. I admit that being a guide is not easy, because we are parents, teachers and brothers for new students. We have to change their mindset from being junior high school students to high school students who are more forward-thinking.
